Calcifer was great with our senior dog who has some extra needs. He was very kind, caring and you can tell he loves animals. He was also great at communication, always letting us know how our dog was doing and when he was coming/going.

Calcifer is an amazing care-taker, parent, animal lover! Just knowing Calcifer briefly is enough to know his passion is for lil creatures of all sorts. It's awesome to see the joy and care he has shown toward his own pets, including amphibians, reptiles, rodents, cats, pups, and more. My three kitties are always excited to get all the attention they can while Calcifer is around. Our Tuxie, Sage, is obsessed with getting carried like a toddler on Calcifer's shoulder. Cedar and Basil likewise never miss a chance to cuddle up with Calcifer and soak in some lovin'... Or ask for treats. Overall, I know Calcifer understands the individuality of our babies and connects with them well. Calcifer is attentive, because of his connection and compassion with animals. He definitely knows how to keep established routine and respond promptly, but he also responds well to needs that arise in the present. You can absolutely expect that strong values are at the center of Calcifer's "work," because it is passion. Having the great love, added to a wide range of experience and knowledge, makes Calcifer a great fit for the many needs that your pets may have!

Cal is a big lover of animals and is always very determined to take the best possible care of animals in their care. Cal always shows determination to take the time to learn each animals needs.

Cal is hands-down the best pet sitter—my animals are low-key obsessed with them. My dog gets more adventure time with Cal than with me, and my cat (who usually judges everyone) somehow becomes their clingy shadow. They’re super laid-back but also weirdly responsible—like, they’ll remember my dog’s weird snack ritual or which couch my cat claims as their throne. Plus, they send the funniest photo updates (my pets look happier than when I’m home, tbh). 10/10, would trust Cal with my entire zoo. Fair warning though: your pets might start preferring them over you. (My dog literally whined when Cal left. Rude.)
