Callen was wonderful. She sent lots of photos and gave regular updates on my cats. One of my cats is having some kind of medical issue that is manifesting in difficult behavior change, but Callen handled the unique situation easily. I would certainly book her again.
Callen was a lifesaver last-minute—extremely flexible and quick to respond. Even though our pup can be a bit stubborn about heading out, she handled him with kindness and patience every step of the way. Awesome communication, timely updates, and clear Rover Card with photos. Highly recommend!
We couldn’t be happier with the care Callen provided for my dog Layla and my cat Loki while we were away for a week. She was reliable, attentive, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. Callen was fantastic! She cared for and loved on our pets as if they were her own. She sent a drop in note with pictures at every visit. She kept us informed of anything going on with our pets while we were away. We will definitely utilize her again when we go out of town.
I want to give Callen 1 star just because I don’t want to share her! She is so kind and loved on my dogs as if they were hers. Finding her was a huge relief and after meeting with her ahead of the first walk, I was confident that my dogs were in great hands!
