I have hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages and temperaments, from playful puppies to senior companions. I’ve fostered and loved a variety of dogs, giving me a deep understanding of different needs and personalities. I recently earned an AKC STAR Puppy certification with my own pup and am training my adolescent dog toward Canine Good Citizen certification, so I can help reinforce good manners and basic training. Plus, I have a large fenced-in yard where dogs can run, play, and have fun—until they’re happily tired (or a little dirty!). No worries, I can also bathe and freshen them up before they head home. Whether your dog needs structured play, training reinforcement, or just lots of love, I’m here to provide attentive, reliable care.

Calissa has been the best dog sitter we could’ve asked for. She is so gentle with our shy Shiba Inu that she’s become only the fourth human that has been allowed to give her pets. Calissa provided multiple daily updates while we were away for 5 days, and her dogs are well behaved and get along well. We trust her to take excellent care of her. Thanks Calissa!
So thankful for Calissa! She was able to take our sweet girl out a couple of times while we made a last minute trip during Spring Break. Again, thank you sooo much!!! She was easy to communicate with & I didn’t feel stressed at all leaving the pup at home.
Calissa continues to be incredibly reliable and timely and does great with our pets. My dog loves her and I always have total peace of mind when booking with her! She does a great job communicating and sending pictures during visits and walks.
Calissa was absolutely fabulous with my shy Shiba Inu. She arrived 5 minutes early, came in to get acquainted with our very standoffish dog, and approached her in a way that made her comfortable - it’s very rare for her to approach a human immediately. Calissa even took her for a full 30 minute walk despite the time it took to meet and get acquainted. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I look forward to more walks and care from Calissa. Highly recommended!

Schedule
Caring for dogs is a natural part of my daily routine! I have two of my own pups and make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and care throughout the day. I work from home as much as possible, so I’m able to provide consistent supervision, playtime, and potty breaks. Even on days when I can’t be home all day, I’m never away for long—I’m home every few hours to care for my puppy, who needs frequent outdoor breaks. This means visiting dogs get lots of attention, play, and care, just like they would at home!

In my home, pets get plenty of space to play and relax! I have a large fenced-in yard where dogs can run and explore, plus two friendly pups to keep your baby company. Dogs have free roam of a limited non-carpeted area and are allowed on the couch for snuggles and relaxation! If your pup prefers or needs crate time, I can crate in the same area for comfort or in a separate room based on your preference. My goal is to create a safe, fun, and comfortable environment tailored to each dog’s needs!
