A typical day
Well, that depends upon your pet. We can play inside, or outside. With toys, or just pets and scratches. I go by what the animal wants. If they look bored, I spice it up. My buddy Axel loves to play Detective. He is a German shepherd, so he is wanting to keep his mind active. After a walk, I break treats into small size, and place them around the living room and hallway, then he spends time searching for each one.

Pet care experience
I've always had pets, from exotic to domestic. And I've never met an animal that didn't like me. I am great with young ones needing to express their energy, and older ones who need that gentle love. I am clear with my communication, am always glad to answer questions, and love taking pictures. Currently looking to be my own boss. I have one child in school, and he loves working with me. We both just really like animals. I will have a comprehensive list to make sure we know what the boundaries are for walks, what their limitations are, and what to avoid. Included will be feeding times, allergies, and emergency contacts.

Things were great until I got home. My house was spotless when I left and her son her son left everything dirty. My shower curtain is broken and and what's worse is my dogs were unsecured and roaming the streets. She seemed so compassionate but putting my babies lives at risk is unacceptable. I allowed her son to stay as well and now I'm cleaning the entire house.
Caliope cared for and spoiled our dogs better than we do sometimes! So appreciative for how seriously she took her position.
Caliope was wonderful. I was feeling stressed about leaving my puppy and my senior dogs; however, Caliope communicated with me throughout my trip and really eased my mind. Through pictures and conversation, I could tell she was loving my babies as though they were her own. Even my neighbors told me how great she was.
Caliope is incredibly communicative and puts so much time and effort into making sure our dog and cats were happy and taken care of. We will absolutely use her again as our go to sitter!
