Hi! I’m Cali, I’ve grown up with animals of all kinds in my childhood home, I’ve been pet sitting dogs and cats part-time for 10 years now, and I am an owner of two lovely pets. As a pet owner myself, hiring a stranger to come watch your baby can seem scary, and I promise to make the experience safe and fun. I’d love to meet you and your pet, give them the best care, and eventually build a relationship where I am no longer a stranger, but a friend to your pet. 💕

Cali took great care of my 2 cats. She gave my sickly one his meds 4x/day and made sure the other one ate her full portions despite her finicky appetite. She has been very responsive and kept in touch throughout. 👍

Excellent, awesome and wonderful
Cali is so kind, gentle, and patient. This was the first time we ever had a Dog Walker and our pup was nervous but she warmed up to Cali quickly. Cali was also prompt and great with communicating the details of their time together and sending pictures to make us comfortable while we were away!

Schedule
I work from home during the week, so my schedule is super flexible. Need me to walk your pup at 3pm on a Monday, for example? I can make that work.

I am responsible and detailed when following your care instructions. As a pet owner myself, I know how specific each animal’s needs are and I am always ready and able to accommodate that for you!
Pets
A typical day
I tailor the day to your pets needs! I can give exercise to high-energy dogs (I have one myself), I go on runs with my dog and can with yours too, I go to the dog park (only if you’re comfortable), or I can stay at home and provide all the pets your baby requires. Ultimately, I’ll follow your pets lead and your guidance on what works best. If you’re okay with going to the dog park, I enjoy going to them when they’re a little bit less busy, especially as I’m getting to know your dog and how they behave in public spaces! But, let me know in advance if you're comfortable with me taking your dog to the park and I’d be glad to take them! Otherwise, I love getting my steps in, I’m happy to give your pup some walking exercise or just play fetch in your back yard if that’s an option. Happy to provide treats or play with toys in the house as well.

- Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or quirks I should keep a look out for. I’m experienced in training dogs so I can absolutely help reinforce any good behavior you’d like your dog to learn. Not a professional trainer, I’m more of a hobbyist, but I know some tricks! I’ve trained both of my family dogs and my own dog all on my own.
