Caleb was great! I had to leave early Friday and he was going to be at the house around 2. Since I left at 6 that morning he went ahead and got there a couple hours early to get the dogs out sooner with them being inside for 6+ hours. He kept me updated with messages, photos, and videos throughout his stay. I will definitely be booking with Caleb on my next trip!
Caleb was very quick to answer and proactive, this was our first time using rover and I accidentally booked daycare instead of boarding , he was quick to accommodate to take our dog and acted quickly to call support to fix for us. This made things easier as we were on vacation and hands were tied. I recommend him for any pet owners!
Caleb is a wonderful dog lover! My dog is usually very picky-especially with men-but I could see right away that my dog approved of Caleb. On the second morning, my dog was already so excited to see him and wanted to jump on him! 🐶 Caleb always arrived early for pick-up and drop-off, sent me regular photos and updates, and genuinely cared about my dog’s comfort. I could really feel that he has a warm heart and is a true dog lover. I felt completely at ease leaving my dog with him. Highly recommend!
