Caleb knew that Mary did not get along w other dogs. Caleb stated that his home would be dog free the day of Mary's drop off. It was not the case. Upon drop off another dog was also being sitted. I let him know that this was not the situation we discussed. Furthermore, Caleb did not send ant updates or photos during Mary's stay except for one photo and 2 word reply when prompted. Lastly, I picked up Mary a day early because I was worried about her care. He told me it would not be a problem and then after the fact refused to reimburse me for the last night. He does not operate professionally or in good faith. When we picked up Mary she smell3d like she was cooped up in her crate extensively. She also was extremely thirsty. She drank more than she does after going on a long walk on a hot day. She was not taken care of well. I've had great experiences with other sitters. I'm very disappointed with this sitter and hesitate to use Rover again, because they do little to resolve issues.
Caleb was great! Very communicative and gave our pets so much love and attention in the week they spent with him. They both came back very happy. Would definitely book again!

Caleb V. cancelled a booking 2 days before it was scheduled to begin.
Caleb was absolutely fantastic with my pup Avi, who, at 15, is very sweet but can be a bit stubborn. But he took to Caleb immediately, following behind him with his tail a-wagging! In addition to being so great with my dog, Caleb was incredibly responsive, polite, and had great energy.
Caleb was great! Very flexible and my dog came back happy!!
