Hi everyone, my name is Caitlyn and I am extremely passionate about animals of all different shapes and sizes! I have grown up around animals and caring for them. Back in New Zealand I have a cat and a dog so I know it can be hard to go away and leave your pets behind with a stranger! I am able to provide you with a calm person that’ll care for your pets as if they are my own. I have years of experience working as an equine vet nurse as well as pet sitting for a variety of different animals. I have basic knowledge in most animals and am competent in giving medications if required. I have a license and my own car which allows me to take dogs out to parks or for walks if required. I am happy to provide phone numbers for references also. I am available for the services listed and if you have any special requests feel free to flick me a message and we can work something out!

Caitlyn (&her partner Tony) took great care of our dog Moe, she seemed very happy when we picked her up & in all the photos sent through during her stay. Great communication leading up to & throughout the dog sit, we highly recommend Caitlyn to look after your animals. Would definitely book again.
We couldn’t be happier with Caitlyn’s care for our dog, Rivers. Rivers can be reactive, and Caitlyn handled her with so much patience, confidence, and kindness. She did a trial overnight with her before our trip, which immediately put us at ease. While we were away for 11 days, Caitlyn sent daily photo and video updates, and it was clear Rivers was comfortable, well cared for, and having a great time. Coming home to a happy, relaxed dog says everything. We’re so grateful to have found Caitlyn and wouldn’t hesitate to book her again or recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and communicative sitter.

Very patient with our dog. Second time for our dog walking with someone she hadn't met before. She was reluctant at first but Caitlyn was able to get her to accept a new person. Caitlyn is very responsive and good with communication. She was able to send me a clip of my dog running when they were out for a walk. I would recommend Caitlyn to others looking for pet care without hesitation.
She was great with our dog, Rivers! Very responsive and sent lots of photo and video updates, which we really appreciated. The trial overnight went smoothly, and Rivers seemed happy and well cared for. We’re very pleased and would definitely recommend her!

Schedule
At the moment I am only working part time so will be able to provide your pet with plenty of love, scratches and attention. I am only in Canmore until the start is February so can only care for pets until the end of January. Thanks Caitlyn

I am available for house sitting at the pets house or bringing the pet into my home. I have a house with a yard although it isn’t fenced, I will be going for walks and enjoy sitting outside soaking up the sunshine!
A typical day
I am happy to cater to the pets needs but I love going for a walk or heading out to the dog park and of course lots of snuggles
