I’m currently working part-time as a mental health counselor and student, so I have some availability during the week and weekends are open. I am free Wednesday mornings/ afternoon (8 am - 3:30 pm) and Friday (all day).

A typical day
A typical day with me includes plenty of love, attention, and fun while sticking to your pet’s normal routine. We’ll go on walks (for dogs), have interactive playtime, and enjoy enrichment activities like treat puzzles or basic training games. I also make sure there’s time for cuddles, brushing, and calm relaxation so they feel safe and comfortable. My goal is to keep them active, engaged, and happy while you’re away.

Pet care experience
I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life, growing up with both dogs and cats. Caring for them has always come naturally to me, and over the years I’ve gained hands-on experience with feeding, walking, grooming, administering basic medications, and understanding different pet personalities and needs. I’ve always had a special connection with animals—especially golden retrievers (I have one of my own 😊)—so I understand the importance of patience, exercise, affection, and routine. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or calm and cuddly, I’m happy to match their energy and make them feel comfortable and loved.

Our first hire from Rover and we couldn’t be happier. Caitlyn communicates well, and goes above and beyond each time. I can tell she actually enjoys spending time with our Mabel and would get along well with any dog cause she has her own so she naturally just knows. Caitlyn took care of my two cats, Archie and Olive, last week, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly reliable and trustworthy, and truly went above and beyond to make sure they were well cared for while I was away.
