My journey in animal care began when I was a kid, taking care of my own pets (cats, guinea pigs, lizards, you name it) as well as caring for the pets of neighbors, friends, and family. I absolutely adore all types of animals whether it be a dog, cat, or exotic flying friend. In addition to pet-sitting, I have professional experience in wildlife rehabilitation where I've provided medical care and treatment to injured and sick wildlife. From administering medications to tending to life-threatening wounds, I've honed my skills in compassionate care, ensuring every animal receives the care and attention they deserve. From dietary preferences to favorite toys, I tailor my care to accommodate specific needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and enriching experience for your pets :)

Caitlyn is an exceptional caregiver who has dedicated countless hours to caring for the well-being of hundreds of animals. She has worked with two wildlife rehabilitation sanctuaries where she performed husbandry, cared for wounds, diligently followed feeding schedules, and provided medication to animals such as cats, birds, waterfowl, etc. I have honestly not met someone with a greater passion for animals, whether stopping for a cat on the side of the street or taking an injured bird into her home to help it heal. She has grown up with cats and has experience pet sitting for dogs, so she is more than qualified for this position. She understands the importance of developing trust and a sense of security with animals and will ensure that the welfare of these animals is a top priority. With Caitlyn as a pet caregiver, these pets will be shown exceptional care and affection while their owners are away.

When caring for pets in my client's home, I prioritize their comfort and well-being. This includes following any feeding schedules provided, ensuring fresh water is always available, administering medications if necessary, and engaging in regular exercise and playtime to keep them happy and stimulated. I also maintain a clean environment by cleaning litter boxes, disposing of waste, and tidying up pet areas. I provide plenty of love, attention, and companionship to alleviate any stress or anxiety they may experience in their owner's absence. Throughout my time with your pets, I communicate regularly with you to provide updates and peace of mind while you're away.

I’m super flexible! I love being active and will go on hikes, runs, walks, or play fetch at any time of day. I love the outdoors and am open to trying new activities, but also enjoying relaxing inside and providing lots of pets :)
