I’ve been surrounded by all kinds of animals my whole life, from rodents to reptiles to horses. I’m confident in my ability to provide top level care to the pets trusted with me. I have studied an animal behaviour module at university and feel confident in my ability to assess an animals body language in various different situations. I aim to tailor my care to the individual needs of a pet to ensure their comfort and happiness. I love animals so will provide lots of love and care to your pets as if they are my own. I am able to feed and water other small animals in the home if required to do so.

Safety, trust & environment
When in a pet owners home I am to maintain the routine familiar to them. This includes feeding schedule, exercise and play times. I am also able to administer simple medications such and tablets, ear/eye drops and topical lotions. The comfort of the pet is key and I want them to feel safe in my care and to avoid disruption. Communication with owners is a priority to me to ensure all needs are met for the pets. I can provide daily updates and pictures while caring for your pet, to ensure complete transparency, keep owners informed and give peace of mind while they’re away.

Superb, simply excellent. This was our first time with Rover, and Caitlin exceeded all our expectations. She arrived early to introduce herself, and both our Molly & Maddie took to her immediately; quite the feat as our pups have different attitudes to new people. Caitlin sent us photos and updates throughout the day, and had everything in order when we arrived back. Highly recommended.

Schedule
I recently graduated from York and currently work part time in the evenings at York Hospital in the microbiology lab. This means I am free most of the day to fit in walks and drop in sessions! I work 4pm-8pm but I am happy to accommodate either side of these hours!
