I think it’s important to get as much information as possible about their regular routine so I can try to keep their days as normal as possible. I believe this helps a lot with any anxiety they may be feeling. Giving pets a little space especially when first meeting so they can approach me on their terms can help too.

Schedule
I mainly work from home so my schedule is relatively flexible during the week and my weekends are free to do walks and visits whenever needed.
