I have been working with dogs for over 30 years. I am a CAPDT member and certified dog trainer since 2005. I am currently district area trainer (I train and mentor new dog trainers in addition to having my own clients) and therapy dog trainer. I have trained thousands of dogs from puppies to service dogs. I have raised and fostered dozens of dogs of my own and have decades of experience with all different types of behaviours.

Caitlin has been incredibly helpful with our dog, Pluto. We’ve done both group classes and one-on-one lessons with her, and she has helped us with everything from basic commands to getting our dog to listen and respond more consistently. She is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely loves what she does, which really shows in the way she works with both dogs and their owners. We’re very grateful for all her guidance and would absolutely recommend her!
She’s simply the best and I would highly recommend her . Our dog was very anxious and her skills and expertise helped give him confidence and reduced his anxiety making him much more manageable and happier. What impressed me most with Caitlin is that she truly cares about our dog’s well being and felt not only by us but our dog also realized this. She works with us to develop strategies that are effective not only to improve obedience but we also now have strategies that help keep him safe. Her sessions are always fun, encouraging positive pet behaviour He is truly a much better dog now than when we first adopted him from the animal shelter. I first reached out to Cait before I even brought Olive home, and she was incredibly helpful in preparing me for life with a new puppy. Once Olive came home, we attended multiple puppy classes with Cait, and the knowledge, advice, and support she gave us made such a difference during those early months. She always took the time to answer my questions, explain why certain behaviours were happening, and give me practical advice that I could actually use at home. As a first-time dachshund owner, having someone I could trust and learn from made the whole experience so much less overwhelming.
