Caitlin (and Chris) were so sweet and amazing for my senior kitty Mingo. Us entering her senior days is new to me and felt vulnerable to ask for someone to care for her and her special needs like I would but they were so attentive, communicative and joyful to meet her where she is at and give her all the love. I’m so happy we found them!

Caitlin is amazing! She takes such great care of my cat and sends awesome daily photo updates, which gives me complete peace of mind while away. Highly recommend, and will use every time she is available.

A bit disappointed! When I asked Caitlin if my cat had gotten sick, she let me know he had not. However, reviewing cameras showed my cat had vomited in an obvious place on the first day, and it had gone unaddressed throughout the stay. My cat is low-maintenance with an auto feeder and fountain, so the main ask is to clean the litter box and socialize. I left his favorite toys out on the counter, but they were untouched when I returned. Additionally, it was clear the litter box was never topped off, even though I left a full container of litter right next to the box. I want to be fair to Caitlin as she’s been reliable in the past and provided daily pictures of our cat, which is always appreciated! Overall, this visit came short of our expectations given the higher drop-in rate.

Caitlin is the best! Wilbur looks happy, loved on, and busy when we're gone, and the house is always better than however we left it :) Takes so much of the anxiety out of traveling, for sure.

Responsive, sends cute photos, and spent a ton of quality time with my boys while I was away!

Caitlin was fantastic! Meet and greet went well and I could tell right away it was going to be a good fit. I received daily updates with pictures so I knew how things were going while I was away. Great to know that my pups were well cared for. Highly recommend Caitlin and would use her again. Thank you, Caitlin!!
