Experienced at administering at home medical care and special diets to animals (though training for the specific pet is always desired). Very aware of risky situations like unfenced pools or doors that close pets in and how to prevent those accidents. I just want to keep your pet as comfortable as possible until you return to them!

Feeding & bathroom schedules are always important. I also like to know household rules for the animals (and humans) like if they’re allowed on furniture, can’t go into specific rooms, or need to stay separated from that one toy that’s a little too triggering. I’ve always found owners to be extremely thorough in their care instructions and have only needed to ask a couple clarifying questions.
A typical day
I enjoy long daily walks, especially with a furry friend! Regularly walk multiple miles on my own everyday and enjoy the slower pace of big sniffers. Cuddling up with the pups is definitely one of my favorite activities as well as brushing and practicing any training they might be working on. High energy activities are great but I also try to include soothing moments so they can feel safe and comfortable while their owners are out.

Long time pet sitter experienced with big dogs to not quite potty trained chihuahuas - 7 of them! Love all sorts of animals and not squeamish, very capable, and great at following specific instructions.
