Animal-loving family with 2 cats
I grew up with a dog and have always loved being around them. As an adult, I’ve often looked after my parents’ dogs when they were away, so I’m very comfortable with walks, routines, feeding, and all the day-to-day care that comes with them. More recently, our family has become a bit of a cat family too — we have two cats at home now and have really enjoyed learning their different personalities and routines. We also have two kids who love animals and have grown up around pets. They're used to being around cats and dogs and enjoy spending time with them. I’m reliable, attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. Whether it’s dogs or cats, I treat every pet like they’re part of the family and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for.

Caitlin is a gem! I asked Caitlin to check in on my dog in my home a few times a day while I was away. Caitlin was very communicative letting me know when she arrived to check on my puppy, sent pictures of the walk, and the play time, and then let me know when she was leaving. She was kind, and trustworthy, and was a fantastic referral. I will keep her on speed dial and I highly recommend her!

Schedule
I work from home so they’d rarely be left alone for very long. I have lots of flexibility when it comes to walks or drop in visits.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced back yard so there is plenty of opportunity for outdoor time. My preference is dogs that are crate trained for sleeping or when I am out of the house but that’s not necessary We do have two cats who are usually kept on a separate level from dogs staying here. When I come to your house to feed or pet animals out, I will follow your instructions and take care to make sure they are well cared for.
Pets
A typical day
We have a fenced yard and spend a lot of time outside, so there will be lots of opportunities for play and fresh air. Daily walks are part of the routine, and your dog will get plenty of attention and time to burn off energy throughout the day.
