Currently I'm a student and am on summer break until the end of September. So my availability is fairly flexible for the next month and half. During school I will be available for drop ins and walks in the evenings during the week and available for house sitting, drop ins, and walks on Fridays and weekends.

Safety, trust & environment
I'm happy to step into your space to make sure your pet feel completely at ease. My approach centers on learning each animal’s unique personality and daily rhythm so they experience consistency, comfort, and connection while you’re away. I firmly believe in not rushing the process to build trust.
Information Caitlin K. would like to know about your pet
Once we agree on a service, a meet and greet (whether in person or on video) will be set up. In order to respect everyone’s time, If I don’t hear back from the owner within 2 days to set up the meet and greet I will decline and archive the service. Please let me know: any allergies/ dietary restrictions, medical conditions, preferred treats, any known triggers or fears, safe handling tips, social style and energy level. Additionally its helpful to know feeding times, walk schedules and if they have preferred routes, basic commands and their safe zones.
A typical day
I'll make sure they go for walks to their favorite places and new places close by, treats, toys they love, snuggle time (if they want) and naps of course.

Calm Care for Senior & Nervous Pets
Pet care experience
Since I was a kid, I shared a home with larger rescue dogs—Labs, rottweilers, great Danes —and gentle cats, all adopted from our local humane society. Caring for their varied temperaments taught me to read canine body language, manage exuberant greetings, and nurture shy rescues into confident companions. When I moved to apartments I continued to have cats as I was in smaller spaces but still made sure to give them plenty of snuggles and toys. For the past 12 years, I’ve been the devoted guardian/mother/servant of a blind, senior Pom-Chi who was debarked before being rescued from a puppy mill. I’ve perfected low-pile flooring for safe navigation to his soft bed, vocal cues to guide him, and an unwavering medication routine that will ensure he will continue to live a hundred more years.

Caitlin was very nice and became friends with our dog. She was very understanding of our dog’s anxiety. We are happy to have her help us with our doggy again

Caitlin was on time checked in sent pictures and took great care of my Charlie.
Caitlin is not only a kind and loving human, but also one of the most responsible and caring pet caregivers I’ve ever known. She treats every animal with patience, kindness, and genuine affection, making sure their needs are always met and they feel safe and loved. Any pet in her care is in the best hands possible.
