Pet care experience

Animal-Loving Future Activist

I’ve been taking care of pets since I was 5 and I’ve loved it ever since. I’ve had owned many dogs and cats. I’ve helped with pets of all ages, from tiny babies to sweet seniors. I’m going to school for animal behavior and care because animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I love making sure they’re happy, safe, and loved while you’re away.

Pets

Safety, trust & environment

When I’m caring for pets in someone’s home, I treat it like my own, with a lot of respect and care. I always follow your instructions closely because every pet has their own routine and comfort zone. I make sure they feel safe, loved, and relaxed while you’re away. Whether it’s sticking to their feeding schedule, giving meds, or just keeping them company, I focus on creating a calm and happy environment. I know how much trust it takes to let someone into your home, and I don’t take that lightly.

Schedule

Right now, I am going to school online for my bachelors while working! Pet care is the perfect way for me to stay busy doing something I love while also helping people out. It fits into my routine really well right now because I have the time and flexibility, and it gives me experience for my future career with animals. It’s a win-win, I get to be around pets and give them the love and care they deserve while I’m in this in-between stage.

It really helps to know about your pet’s personality and routine before I care for them! Let me know if they have any special needs, like meds, allergies, or medical conditions, or if there are certain things that make them nervous or excited. I’d also love to know what they like (or don’t like), how they do on walks, and any quirks they have. Breed info and behavior details are super helpful too, so I can make sure they feel safe, happy, and at home with me! (I can work with any breed!!)
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
