I have 25+ hours worth of training from the local shelter’s program. I had two dogs of my own for 8 years. And I’ve been around pets my whole life!

This was my first time using Rover and my first time leaving Jessie with someone we didn’t know and so I was definitely a bit nervous. But Caitlin was phenomenal and just speaking with her helped ease my anxiety. She was friendly, responsive and provided me with updates that made me feel much better during Jessie’s stay.
