I work full-time outside of the home, but maintain a consistent routine with my dog, Georgia, including hour-long walks each morning and evening. During the day, she is cared for by a long-time, trusted dog walker. On weekends, I love taking her on hikes, beach trips, and other outdoor adventures. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and boarding on weekends and during school holidays. I’m also off for the entire month of August, when I can accommodate longer stays and provide more flexible, full-time care.

Information Caitlin F. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know about your dog’s routine, personality, and any specific needs ahead of time. This includes feeding schedules, medications, allergies, training cues, and any behavioral tendencies (such as leash reactivity, anxiety, or resource guarding). I have experience with a wide range of temperaments and medical needs, so the more I know, the better I can provide safe, individualized care. I’m happy to accommodate most dogs, but I do prioritize a good fit to ensure a positive, low-stress experience for everyone.
A typical day
I focus on keeping dogs both physically active and mentally engaged throughout the day. Mornings and evenings include long, structured walks, and during the day we mix in playtime, enrichment games (puzzles, scent work, snuffle mats, etc.), and rest periods. I understand the importance of adjusting activity levels based on each dog’s energy and needs. Whether your dog is high-energy or more laid-back, I aim to create a calm, consistent, and fun routine that helps them feel comfortable and at home.

Reviews
Caitlin watched our Shih Tzu, Brooklyn, for 3 days and 2 nights, and we truly could not have asked for a more caring and compassionate person to trust with her. From the moment we met Caitlin, we could immediately tell how deeply she cares for animals, especially dogs. Throughout Brooklyn’s stay, Caitlin constantly kept us updated with endless pictures and thoughtful messages that gave us so much peace of mind. We always felt confident knowing Brooklyn was being loved, cared for, and given the patience and attention she needed. After recently losing her sister of 13 years, Brooklyn has struggled emotionally and requires extra patience and understanding because of both her grief and old age. Caitlin handled her with so much kindness, gentleness, and reassurance. Hearing about her experience rescuing her own dog and fostering others made it clear that caring for animals is truly part of who she is. We are beyond grateful for the love and comfort Caitlin gave Brooklyn during her stay. She treated her like family, and that means everything to us. We would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will genuinely care for their pets as if they were her own.
Caitlin is the person I go to when I need someone to watch my cats. She always goes above and beyond to give them what they need. Additionally, she is excellent with dogs, whether it be her own dog or one of the many dogs she has fostered over the years. It’s great knowing that I have a wonderful animal caregiver that I can rely on.
Caitlin is an amazing dog mom and an exceptional cat and dog sitter. The amount and love and care she gives to her own sweet Georgia, is why I trust her to look after my babies when I’m away. She is dependable. An excellent communicator, and just so loving towards all animals. She truly goes above and beyond in everything she does and I can’t think of anyone I would more highly recommend to care for a beloved pet friend.
Caitlin fostered my dog Tater for three months. He was shown special love and care during that time. She has since come to visit him 2-3 times to get some Tater time. In March she watched him for a week while I went on vacation. I chose Caitlin because Tater is extremely comfortable with her and I knew he’d get five star treatment.
