I am on a gap year before starting grad school and have a very flexible schedule. I spend most of my time at home with my dogs and doing tasks around the house. I have plenty of time to in incorporate more walks and pet time into my routine.

I have a large yard where my dogs run but I am very used to working with dogs in different environments; I have cared for my golden retriever mix in an apartment setting as well as in a neighborhood. I walk my dogs every day through out the neighborhood and spend plenty of time outside. One of my dogs has hypothyroidism and takes medication daily, has certain dietary restrictions, and needs additional exercise; so I am used to being extra attentive regarding my dogs lifestyle.

A typical day
I love to adapt my activity to that of the pets’ needs. Rather its walks, runs, fetch, tug-a-war, hide n seek, etc, I strive to make sure the pet is happy and receiving all of their needs.
