My days are structured around my daughter’s school schedule, which gives me plenty of time during weekday mornings and early afternoons for walks, drop-in visits, or cat care. I focus on a few pets at a time so each one gets my full attention and gentle, loving care. Evenings are family time, but I’m happy to accommodate occasional evening or weekend visits for regular clients. Whether it’s a quiet cat who just needs company or a dog who loves a mid-day adventure, I make sure every visit is peaceful, safe, and full of affection. Your pets will be cared for like family — with kindness, intuition, and reliable communication.

Safety, trust & environment
I provide loving, reliable care in your pet’s own home, where they feel safest and most comfortable. Staying in their familiar environment helps reduce stress and keeps their routines consistent — meals, walks, playtime, and cuddles just the way they like them. Because I’ve worked as a veterinary technician for over 12 years, I’m confident caring for pets of all ages and personalities, including those who may be shy, senior, or need medication. I take time to learn each animal’s rhythm and make sure they feel secure while you’re away. My goal is for you to return home to a relaxed, happy pet — cared for with patience, compassion, and the same attention I’d give my own.
Information Caitlin C. would like to know about your pet
To provide the best care possible, I like to learn a little about each pet before our first visit. Helpful details include: • Your pet’s daily routine (feeding times, walk schedule, favorite activities) • Any medical conditions, medications, supplements, or special needs • Behavioral traits (anxious, shy, reactive, escape artist, etc.) • Likes, dislikes, fears, or triggers • Where food, treats, leashes, cleaning supplies, and medications are kept • Vet contact information and emergency instructions • How your pet does when left alone and any house rules you follow The more I know, the more comfortable and stress-free your pet’s experience will be — and the more peace of mind you’ll have while you’re away.
A typical day
Between late morning and early afternoon, I focus on providing attentive, structured care that supports your pet’s routine and well-being. Visits usually begin with a calm check-in — observing your pet’s behavior, appetite, energy level, and overall condition to ensure everything looks normal. With my veterinary technician background, I pay close attention to subtle changes that might otherwise go unnoticed. Depending on your pet’s needs, our time together may include: • A refreshing walk or supervised outdoor break • Feeding and fresh water • Administering medications or supplements if needed • Litter box or potty area cleanup • Gentle play, enrichment activities, or quiet companionship for senior or anxious pets • Light home tidying related to your pet (bowls, feeding area, etc.) Throughout the visit, I focus on keeping your pet comfortable, calm, and engaged. I always end with a final wellness check and send you a detailed update with photos, so you can feel confident your pet is happy and well cared for while you’re away.

Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Caitlin, and I bring more than 12 years of veterinary experience to every pet I care for. Working as a veterinary technician gave me the opportunity to care for animals of all ages, breeds, temperaments, and medical needs, and it deepened my passion for helping pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I have experience caring for senior pets, puppies and kittens, anxious animals, and pets requiring special attention due to medical conditions or mobility challenges. I am comfortable administering medications and monitoring pets closely to ensure they remain happy, healthy, and stress-free while you’re away. I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your beloved pet. My goal is to provide dependable, compassionate care that keeps your pet’s routine as normal as possible. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, quiet companionship, or extra patience and reassurance, I tailor my care to meet their individual needs. I currently offer dog walking and drop-in visits and am available between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Every visit includes plenty of attention, affection, and communication, so you can feel confident knowing your pet is in caring and experienced hands. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members!

Reviews

Caitlin was an absolute God sent. She is amazing with Little Lady who I adopted last year. Caitlin is mature, responsible, reliable, intuitive and “in tune” with Little Lady’s personality and needs. Caitlin is flexible with scheduling and kind. Most of all I trust her. Because of her background as a vet Tech she was also able to assess Liittle Lady’s gate and let me know if she suspected a strain or sprain (which I was worried about). Can not thank Caitlin enough!
We came to know Caitlin through our Veterinarian as she was a vet tech and had excellent customer service and compassion. Caitlin has cared for several of our dogs and we were very comfortable with her knowledge and Love for animals and in return our dogs Loved her. I would recommend Caitlin to Rover.
I first met Caitlin when she was working at a Vet Tech for a local Veterinarian. At that time, I had a handicapped King Cavalier who could not urinate or poop on his own due to paralysis. Caitlyn was the only caretaker I could find that was willing to care for him when we went away. At the same time we also had a second King Charles who Caitlin also looked after when we went away. I wouldn't hesitate to leave my fur babies with Caitin, she loved my pups and they loved her.
