Caitlin took great care of my 4 dogs and 1 cat while we were out of town. My dogs can be wary of strangers, but felt comfortable with Caitlin. We received a few photos while we were away and they all seemed to be happy.
This weekend, I utilized Caitlin's Rover services, hiring her to walk my beloved dog & feed my treasured (and highly temperamental) cat while I was out of town overnight. I am the first to admit how discerning I am when allowing someone new into my home and caring for my creatures is no small feat. Caitlin's tone and warmth over the phone immediately put my worries at ease. Caitlin was prompt in returning my (albiet, many) messages and quick to provide feedback on my concerns as an overly concerned pet owner; the shine of their coats, their disposition for the day, the texture of their poo. I don't doubt for a second that Caitlin's personality and diligence added brightness and comfort into the day of my pets; being left home alone can be stressful for any animal, but to know that I now have a reliable and trustworthy contact in Caitlin means the world to me. I would not hesitate to rebook with Caitlin - an exemplary source in pet care.
Caitlin took wonderful care of our golden retriever, Maggie. From the moment we met her, we knew Maggie was in good hands. Caitlin went above and beyond to ensure Maggie was happy and well-cared for, providing her with plenty of love and attention. We were particularly impressed with how Caitlin kept us up to date with regular pictures and updates, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Caitlin has provided exceptional care for my animal that allowed me to have a piece of mind while traveling. She displayed professionalism, graciousness, and warmth during all of our interactions. She shows extraordinary love and care for animals as if they were her own. Caitlin goes above & beyond in the care of my animals and displays attention to detail and never misses a beat. She is adept with all dog breeds including large breeds and is competent in providing medications to fragile animals. Schedule
I am a pediatric OT. I have availability before and after work as well on the weekends. I have flexibility depending on school breaks, holidays.
