Caitlin was wonderful with Percy! She was reliable, communicative, and clearly great with him. When our travel plans changed last minute and we needed an extra day, she said yes without hesitation. That kind of flexibility is hard to find and made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.

Caitlin is the only non-family member we trust our little guy with. Her professional background in pet care, combined with her calm and kind demeanor, instantly put us at ease the first time we left our dog with her. We have a Border Collie, so he can definitely be high maintenance. He gets so excited when he sees Caitlin, which always makes it easy to leave him. He is always properly stimulated and seems so well-cared for every time we pick him up, which isn't always a given with Border Collies. Caitlin is great about communicating with us. She sends daily updates and pictures, but doesn't inundate us or ask any unnecessary questions. We truly can't recommend her more!
