I have lovingly taken care of dogs for 30+ years, from my own furry family members to those of neighbors, friends and family. My husband and I relocated from NY to NC for better quality of life spent in nature with our dog who goes on daily walks, hikes and frequent fetch sessions due to the ability we both have to work from home. I love EVERY dog I meet and would love to meet and take care of more of them from walks to drop-in visits and boarding. Here for all the cuddles, playing, walking, medicine administering, and anything your furry family member needs and will treat them like my own 😍😍.

We had a great experience with Cait! Our pup got lots of exercise and was excited to go back on day two of doggie daycare.
First time Rover user. Cait and her family were amazing! Booking was super easy and quickly responsive approaching a holiday weekend. We booked 4 nights and were updated with pictures and her condition daily which gave us the peace of mind we needed on vacation. I’d have no problem repeating boarding!
Cait was fantastic! My dog was with her for five days (and had a blast!). She was great at sending updates and pictures throughout the day, and was really easy to reach.
As always, Cait is our favorite sitter! Fern loves going to stay at her house and always comes home tired and happy :)
Cait wa great with our 8mo shepherd mix Sadie. She took her for long walks and Sadie had fun playing with her dog. Cait was very flexible with dropoff/pickup times. Highly recommend!
Cait was so amazing! She sent so many photos of my dog and responded quickly when I asked how she was doing. Will for sure be booking again:)

I work from home with a flexible schedule and have availability for drop in visits or home stays where your furry family member will get allllll the love and attention they deserve!

Safety, trust & environment
Pets deserve all the love and activity and I am more than happy to provide both via fetch, walks through your neighborhood or local trails (your preference!) belly rubs, potty breaks and beyond. Though my personal backyard is only partially fenced (for now) my own dog adores her harness being hooked up to a 60ft leash for playtime with herself, me, or all our neighborhood doggy friends. My dog LOVES other dogs and would love to play with yours or cuddle inside if your dog is open. If you crate train, I am happy to enforce whatever you need!

A typical day
I love to walk and hike with dogs, play fetch and tug of war and doing mental enrichment games. I loveeee all the cuddles, giving belly rubs and anything personalized to what a specific pet enjoys!
