Pet care experience

Low-Key Obsessed with Pets 🐾

Hi! I’ve spent my whole life around animals and genuinely can’t imagine it any other way. I grew up with large breeds like Rottweilers and Pit Bulls, so I’m very comfortable handling strong, high energy dogs with confidence and care. I also worked as a professional dog groomer for 5 years, which gave me hands on experience with all temperaments from anxious pups to high maintenance personalities. At home, I have three cats named Kiwi, Mango, and Coconut, so I understand how important it is to respect each pet’s unique personality and routine (especially cats). I’m experienced with both dogs and cats, as well as more unique animals like foxes, opossums, and squirrels. Whether your pet is playful, shy, or a little sassy, I’m patient, attentive, and focused on keeping them comfortable and cared for while you’re away.

Safety, trust & environment

I adjust my care based on each pet’s individual needs and routine. In my home, I have a large, fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time and play, and I’m experienced with crating if that’s part of your dog’s routine. I focus on creating a calm, structured environment where pets feel comfortable and secure. I also have three cats who are used to being around dogs, including large breeds, so I’m mindful with introductions and always prioritize safety for everyone. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I stick closely to their normal routine feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions so they feel relaxed and stress free in their own environment.

Cailee was great during our meet and greet an asked a lot of good questions. She sent us a bunch of great pictures while we were away and kept us updated. We will definitely call her again when we leave town.

Schedule

Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine, and I currently have a flexible schedule that allows me to be available throughout the day. I’m able to accommodate walks, drop ins, and extended visits while staying consistent with each pet’s routine. Because of this flexibility, I can give pets plenty of attention, keep up with feeding or medication schedules, and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away.

It’s important for me to know your pet’s routine, personality, and any specific needs ahead of time. This includes feeding schedules, exercise preferences, and any medications or health concerns. I also like to know about their temperament how they are with new people, other animals, and any triggers or anxieties so I can make sure they feel safe and comfortable. For dogs, it’s helpful to know their leash behavior, energy level, and if they’re crate trained. For cats, I like to know their typical behavior, hiding spots, and how they prefer to interact. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can provide a smooth, low stress experience for your pet.
