Home full time in summer
We have had dogs our whole lives and enjoy their company. My husband and I have both trained many puppies and have had different types of dogs throughout our lives. We love to take our dog on hikes and fun adventures, but we are also content to stay home and relax if your dog is a homebody. We work close to our home so we can come home during the day, and we are home full time during the summer months. We have a fully fenced backyard. We have an extra large crate if needed. We love all dogs, but we have a special spot in our hearts for the biggest ones!

I felt comfortable leaving my lab with Caeli and Joaquin after meeting Joaquin while walking my Gazer in the park; 5 minutes into our conversation, watching his interaction with his dog and mine I could immediately tell he has a genuine affinity towards dogs. I had a chance to meet his lovely wife Caeli when I decided to have Gazer stay with them during the Thanksgiving Holiday and I could immediately tell the same was true for her. I'm very happy I found them since I know Gazer is happier being able to socialize with humans and other dogs most of the day and not only during the limited periods of time a kennel would have provided.
Caeli and Joaquin took excellent care of our puppy. He got lots of hugs and exercise and loved playing with their sweet pup. They even worked on some training. Caeli sent us pics and videos which made us so happy. Highly recommend!
Caeli is a fantastic dog sitter. She easily gets to know dogs and makes them feel comfortable with her, no matter their issues. She’s like our own local dog whisperer. I highly recommend you leave your dog with Caeli when you need to be away. She will take great care of your dog as if it were her own!

Schedule
I work Monday-Friday from about 8-4, but my husband or teenage daughter are home by 3:30. I also work close to my home so can provide a midday bathroom break if needed.

Safety, trust & environment
Our yard is large and fully fenced for off leash play and quick bathroom breaks. We provide a walk every day if dogs are physically up for it. We do not allow pets on the furniture, so if your dog is used to being on the couch a lot, it may not be the best fit for our home.
A typical day
We have a large fenced backyard to play off leash, this is where we do most potty breaks. We live near a park that has large fields and backs to trails through the woods. We also have a big car to be able to take dogs on hikes.
