Cadence U. cancelled a booking after the stay began.

This was unfortunately the first Rover experience where I was concerned for the well being of our pup. Cadence didn't answer messages through the Rover app the day before the booking, but finally answered when I called to confirm drop off for the next day. There were some red flags when we dropped him off (Cadence was barely awake, the house was in disarray, people sleeping on the floor). I asked her to send me a few updates through the day to make sure he was doing ok. I didn't receive any messages, but more concerning, none of the messages I sent were even read. I tried calling a few times, but no answer. We ended up picking him up that night instead of the next morning, and it was her roommates who let us in and said they had fed him. Cadence seemed nice enough, but the lack of communication says she doesn't take this very seriously.

Excellent care. Newton was happy, and I was glad he had a safe place to stay and meet more people. Everything went perfectly.

We can't say enough good things about Cadence and her helper roommate. I was worried that Nova would not want to come home! The stay was 5 nights and Nova loved it! They treated her to toys, many walks and much love. We will use Cadence again!

She was so nice, replied quickly. She took care of my cat. Definitely will leave my cat with her again. Thank you Cadence.

Cadence had great communication and was punctual. She was even willing to bring in our packages which was above and beyond what I was expecting!
