As a college student I really get to make my own schedule, and I tend to keep a very flexible schedule as that's just how I prefer it. I am able and more than willing to work with families to meet their and their pet's needs!!

Over my life I have personally owned several dogs, chickens, hamsters, fish, and now two cats. My little brother and I have always been a part of caring for and being responsible for the animals in our home. They are a part of our family! I have extensive experience walking dogs, playing with dogs and cats, maintaining bathroom spaces, working with puppies/kittens early on, feeding and watering them on the regular, and working with particular animals that have dietary or medical needs.

I am happy to work with owners on whatever care their animals need- the only thing that I request is communication! If your pet has certain habits, preferences, triggers, rules, personality quirks, or especially medical needs I want to know so that I'm aware of how best to care for them!!
A typical day
I love playing catch, tag, or swimming with dogs! Really whatever games or fun things bring them joy I am happy to learn or do! With cats I love playing with their toys, cat towers, playing games, using the tv to put on bird or fish watching channels, etc! And I also love snuggling!!! I consider it such an honor to be trusted to care for your pets, and I know that they miss their family so the time I spend with them I try to make special! If you're on vacation, then your pets can be on a staycation with me! :)

Pet care experience
I have taken care of animals my whole life! Currently my family has four pets. I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes, cats, chickens, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, fish, and even hermit crabs! I've been pet sitting since I was about ten years old for family friends and neighbors, as well as just caring for my own family's pets. In high school I definitely got more into it (with availability and transportation) and had a handful of families that I worked for on the regular. I just love animals and I've always had a knack for getting along with them. Bottom line, I'm just happy to love on your pets and make sure that you as the owner feel that they're well cared for while you're away! I'm your girl!!!

Cadence is my go to sitter for my golden doodle! She truly treats every pet like her own. I’ve booked her for extended periods of time or just quick overnight trips and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate with animals.
Cadence is so indescribably friendly yet responsible. She has a strong attention to detail, making her punctual and able to closely follow instruction. Not only is she a nurturing and bubbly friend to me, but she is also an excellent caretaker of furry friends. I have seen her interact with both cats and dogs. She is calm and gentle with shy animals that take longer to warm but, but she is also very playful with those who have more energy.
