Hello~! Growing up as an animal lover, I aspired to be a veterinarian. That is until I realized I very much prefer being able to build relationships with animals and witness the happiest moments in our companion's short lives. I have such a deep passion for the wellbeing and happiness of our furry friends. I am sensitive and compassionate to their needs, and want to give them the absolute best care I can provide. Our dog's lives aren't too long, which is why I believe they should be able to live their happiest lives while under our care. I do not like to treat our furry friends as just animals, but as a part of the family! From caring for my German Shepherd from my childhood till she passed shortly before I left for college, to raising cats, fostering rabbits, and looking after horses, I have experience caring for many animals with a range of personalities, needs, and life stages. After 20 years of personal experience and 8 years of caring for dogs and cats through Rover, I am comfortable with dogs and cats of all sizes.

Safety, trust & environment
I try to be as respectful and as least invasive in my client's homes as possible. I prefer to only go in the areas of your home that are necessary to care for your furry friends and always make sure to clean up after any accidents or messes that I or your pets may make. If I notice an accident that occurred before I arrived, I always make sure to clean up after them to ensure they are as comfortable as possible. I also make sure to send many photos and detailed updates of how our visits go.
Ratings and reviews
Butterfly was easy to work with and made sure to check in on updates for the animals. She gave each animal attention and even went above and beyond without being asked (cleaning the kitty litter). We would love to share our home and pets with Butterfly again
Butterfly watched Panda at our house while we were out of town for a week. She ensured thorough communication and followed the instructions on giving Panda meds and topical treatment. She understood canine behaviors and gained Panda’s trust after a couple of days which was huge. I would use her services again.
Butterfly was wonderful with Bubby, keeping in constant communication with me and taking extra special care of him. Really appreciated working with Butterfly and highly recommend!

Butterfly was a fantastic cat sitter for my cats! Circumcumstsnces forced me to book last minute, but Butterfly quickly let me know they were available. B sent me great text and pictures updates while I was away. They asked clarifying questions (which shows they care). B also went above and beyond by sweeping up litter and bringing in a package I forgot was arriving. I hope Butterfly is avaliable the next time I'm away :)
Butterfly has great communication and was positive and happy to take my energetic puppy on a walk. He is happily worn out. I will definitely utilize her services again.

Schedule
At this time my schedule is very flexible, so I can visit your furry friends at anytime during the day or early evening. I am available Monday-Sunday starting at 9am until 6pm to walk or check-in on your companions!
