My name is Burke, and I’ve had pets my entire life. For the past 7 years, I’ve turned my love of animals into my full time profession. So you can rest easy knowing that I devote 100% of my time to the attention and care of your doggie. I have experience caring for dogs with special needs, and of all different sizes and breeds. I have been known to be called a “dog whisperer” by many of my friends and clients. My love and devotion to your pet is what separates me from everyone else. I treat each dog as if they were my own. In addition to Rover, I have my own comprehensive insurance. The safety, health and happiness of your dog is my number one priority!

Thank you Burke for taking care of our wild one Loki! Burke was incredibly sweet watching Loki and sending lots of photos throughout daycare. Our dog warmed up to him immediately, and Burke’s home is a doggy playground with plenty of room for them to play and rest. We really appreciate you!
Burke worked with our high energy young pup to help him acclimate and to accommodate his needs. He was kind and welcoming and sent lots of videos and pictures to show how the day was going. Peanut had a great day and we look forward to working with Burke more in the future.
Burke is the best! So informative and quick with communicating - he has a great space with a yard and I could tell my pup was instantly comfortable with him. He also sent all kinds of picture and video updates which had me feeling at ease the whole time I was away. 10/10 would recommend!
Burke was super communicative and sent lots of updates and pictures throughout my dog’s stay! He treated Duke like one of his own, it was an overall great experience!
Burke took great care of Emerson while we were away on vacation. He was always quick to respond to texts and we got lots of pictures and videos throughout the week. If your dog loves to be around other dogs, Burke is the dog sitter for you. Burke described it as "summer camp" for the dogs and I thought that was so very true! They made multiple trips to dog parks and I could tell Emerson was loving all the activity. We would definitely recommend Burke and ask him to watch our dog again in the future.
Burke did an awesome job taking care of Sienna for the day! He sent us a ton of pictures and videos, and several updates. He took Sienna and the other dogs to the dog park twice. Sienna clearly had a great time and she came back very tired. He was super easy to communicate with at every step of the way. We would definitely recommend Burke!

Zeitplan
My full time job is caring for your pet! I offer boarding from my 2 bedroom house with multiple big and secure fenced in yards. My home has been affectionately called Doggy Disneyland by my regular clients. I also offer day care which includes dog park trips in the morning unless otherwise requested. Pick up and drop off available. Serving Glendale, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Pasadena, Altadena and surrounding areas.

I live in a 2 bedroom house with a big fenced in yard so there will be lots of running around and play time staying here with me and my dog, Cash. Cash is very social and loves to have company. He’s super friendly with other dogs and always shares his toys. I take daily 2 hour trips to dog parks near me (usually Eagle Rock Dog Park, South Pawsadena Dog Park or Griffith Dog Park). And of course consistent dog walks every hour or so. I’m a firm believer in exercise and socialization for dogs.

Ein typischer Tag
Whether your pet is boarding or doing day care with us, our days always start the same. We start the day with a nice, long walk and then come back for breakfast and snuggles. Feed times are twice a day usually in the morning and in the early evening unless otherwise directed by the owner. After that we all jump in my ride and head straight to the dog park (usually Eagle Rock Dog Park, South Pawsadena Dog Park or Alice’s Dog Park). We spend a minimum of 1 hour at the dog park where your pup will get the exercise and socialization they crave. After the park we all come back to my house which has affectionately been called “Doggie Disneyland” by many of my clients. I have two separate big fenced in yards with plenty of room for them to run around and play. The dogs are allowed in my house and on my furniture and my beds as long as it’s OK with their parents. The bottom line is I’m trying to create an environment. That is essentially home away from home for you and your pet. Rest assure, with Man’s Best Friend Dog Day Care & Boarding, your pet will get 100% of my love and attention. The safety, health and happiness of your dog is my number one priority!
