I adhere to the pet owners instructions. I make myself available for the pet so we learn to trust each other. I show lots of affection, if the pet wants to receive it. If not, I can give them space.

Please let me know if your elderly pet has bathroom issues, is especially anxiety prone, or needs medication. I am very calm and respectful if your pet needs ample space to warm up to a new person.
A typical day
If toys are made available, I love to play with animals. Laser toys, balls, catch are all on the docket. Playing fetch outside is a game I like as well!

Pet care experience
I lived on a farm when I was a little one. Later, I was a trusted house sitter for relatives when they traveled (watching the home and taking care of 2 dogs and 2 cats). I owned my own cat for 15 years. I've taken care of farm animals but not on a regular basis. I'm competant with delivering meds and being really careful with senior pets and those needing special care. I'm one of those people who talk to pets like they are people. I can be there for the extra play and snuggles puppies need, but I think the initial potty training should be by their owner.
