I am a recent graduate from the University of Maine relocating to the Geneva, NY area for work. Since I’m leaving my two beloved family dogs, Puck and Celly, behind, and won’t be able to have a dog of my own, I’m excited for the opportunity to walk, play with, and hang out with other puppies who may need love or quality time. I’m also looking for a way to explore the area around Geneva, and getting out and walking your usual routes or discovering new ones sounds like a great way to get out and about:)

Please let me know if your dog has any specific routes they like to walk, or any specific distractions that really get them, like squirrels, other dogs, running water, etc!
A typical day
I am an extremely patient walker and happy to let your dog explore any area thoroughly through sight, sound, and smell. I’m also happy to provide not just physical exercise but mental stimulation, and am happy to spend time hanging out, doing a treat puzzle, or just letting a dog that might feel safer with a human at home snooze.

Pet care experience
I have had a dog or two dogs since I was born and I love every part of taking care of them! I have experience with both large and small dogs, and dogs with severe anxiety. Both of my family dogs are rescues, and one of them was adopted from a pound after a year living on the streets, so I am equipped to support and handle dogs who may have a lot of nervousness surrounding new people in their space.

Brygid is such a responsible and carrying pet caregiver for our dog Luna. Brygid has taken the time to get to know Luna and understand what is important to Luna. Brygid finds as much joy in Luna as we do!
Brygid is wonderful and so caring. She will take care of your pets like they are her own. I never have to worry when Brygid is watching my dogs. She is trustworthy and very responsible. I highly recommend Brygid.
Brygid is a close friend of mine - she has two dogs whom she loves dearly, and is great with animals. She helped me pet-sit for an older couple a few months back, and the dogs loved her. Very responsible and level-headed.
