Finding someone who can confidently care for both our special needs cocker spaniel and chinchilla is no small task, but she exceeded every expectation from day one. She is incredibly reliable—always on time, always prepared, and always going the extra mile to make sure our pets feel safe and loved. Bryce’s depth of pet knowledge is truly impressive. Whether it’s understanding the sensitive nature of a chinchilla’s environment or keeping up with the energetic, affectionate personality of a cocker spaniel, they handle it all with ease and genuine care. You can tell immediately that animals are their priority; everything they do is thoughtful, attentive, and completely pet‑focused. On top of that, she’s one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. Our pets warmed up instantly, which says everything. Communication was flawless throughout—clear updates, adorable photos, and quick responses that gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Outstanding care! Finding someone trustworthy to care for Cabo, my senior dog with multiple health issues and daily medications, has been a challenge. But Bryce exceeded every expectation! From the start, their professionalism and compassion pet me at ease. They followed Cabo’s meditation schedule, gave him the attention he needs, and kept me updated with photos and messages so I never worried. On top of that, they cared for my chinchilla, Ash, with the same level of dedication-making sure both pets were happy and comfortable. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and reliable, especially for pets with special needs. I truly felt like my fur babies are in the best hands. Hello Bryce, I have to admit that we were pretty disappointed with the level of care provided during your time watching our dog. Despite leaving detailed instructions and repeatedly emphasizing that our puppy should not be left in her crate for more than a few hours at a time, this guideline was not followed on multiple occasions. Our neighbors even had to intervene out of concern for her well-being. As a young puppy, she requires regular stimulation and long walks to release energy. Unfortunately, the walks provided were consistently under five minutes, and she was left crated for extended periods—ranging from 8 AM to 2 PM, and again from 5 PM to 9 PM. This is far from the attentive care we expected. Our neighbors informed us that you had let them know that you were moving and packing and would be back within the 4 hour request to leave her alone, but this was never mentioned to us and not in the agreed upon time that you would be out of the house. We were under the impression that the service included companionship from 2 PM until the following morning, and I specifically asked for a schedule to ensure she was receiving adequate interaction. We also made it clear that playtime and engagement were essential. Given the lack of adherence to our instructions, the extended periods of isolation, and the distress caused to both our dog and our neighbors, we feel that our expectations were not met. We entrusted you with her care and paid a significant amount for what we believed would be attentive and responsible service. We are requesting a refund due to the failure to meet the agreed-upon standards of care.

Bryce is a gentle, smart, sweet person who loves all animals. She has owned multiple pets, including fish, chinchilla, cat, and dog with special needs. She is protective and aware of the pets needs and mood. She is very trust worthy and dependable for any booking. She will care for your babies as though they were hers.

Bryce is one of the greatest friends that i've ever had the pleasure of knowing. She works extremely well with dogs of all types and is amazing with kids. She is kind, caring, and has a personality that magnetizes people of all backgrounds to here. I don't think there is a better person to have walking and caring for parents dogs.
