With the loss of my 16 year old German Shorthaired Pointer, Ava, in January 2024, there is no longer a dog in my life (for the first time ever). I do work a part time job now, with varying hours and days, so if you have a flexible schedule, I should be able to fit you in!

A typical day

Drop in visits include but are not limited to whatever you may need of the following, and will only be done exactly as directed: feeding, watering, potty breaks (including yard cleanup if desired), litter scooping, pee pad changing, spot cleaning for small pets, administering medications, playtime, enrichment toys, cuddles and pets, a walk up to 15 minutes, giving treats/chews, and even smaller household things such as: turning lights on/off on a cycle, opening/closing curtains on a cycle, watering plants, and daily collection of mail/packages. When dog walking, my default style is “dog guided” where I let the dog choose their own (safe) route, which can include stopping for sniffs and doubling back if the dog wants to! I am also totally fine if you have a normal or preplanned route in mind! I am not a training professional however if you have a training regiment in place, I am also able to help train on walks (no pulling, staying in heel, dog checking in with me, etc.). I have experience walking reactive dogs and know how to redirect attention if necessary. If needed, I am also able to feed, water, administer medication, or do any of the other drop in services as part of your walk if you desire, just please note those services will cut into the walk time (30 or 60 total minutes including walking and other tasks, depending on what service you choose), but do not change the price!

Fully insured pet care!

Pet care experience

I am fully insured through Pet Sitters Associates! Certificate available upon request. I have had dogs my whole life. I am familiar with senior care including mobility issues and medication needs, as well as dog reactive dogs. I love and welcome all breeds and am comfortable feeding raw foods, wet foods, kibble with toppers, etc., and walking any small-medium dog. (Due to my small stature, it is unsafe for me to walk dogs over 50lb that pull excessively when they see something they want to go to, like another dog or person. Dogs over 50lb that do not have any issues walking on a leash are okay for me to walk!) I have experience owning German Shepherds, a Beagle, a Miniature Pinscher/ Pomeranian/ Chihuahua/ Pekingese mix, and a German Shorthair pointer. I have experience watching all kinds of pets including dogs of various breeds and sizes including working police dogs, cats, fish, hamsters, and rabbits. If you need care for any kind of animal at all, just message me and we will work something out!

Bryce was excellent !! Set up a meet n greet, listened to all of the weird things that make my dogs my dogs, and took excellent care of them while we were away! I loved seeing photos of them throughout our trip and hearing little stories about their quirks. I would 10000% recommend Bryce
