We cannot recommend this sitter and are extremely disappointed with our experience. Before the booking, we specifically discussed her availability, and she assured us she had an open schedule with no conflicting plans and would be available to care for our dogs. Based on that conversation, we trusted her with both our pets and our home. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. Our home camera footage showed unauthorized guests being brought into our home without our knowledge or permission, on multiple occasions, despite our understanding that only the booked sitter would be staying there. We were never asked for permission or even informed. The camera footage also showed our dogs being kenneled for extended periods of approximately 8–11 hours total each day, sometimes for full 8-hour stretches at a time, despite us choosing house sitting so they would receive regular care, attention, and companionship. We also observed that their water bowls went multiple days without being refilled, leaving them without any water. These are basic fundamental aspects of pet care and were incredibly alarming to discover. Communication was inconsistent throughout the stay, and oftentimes we didn’t receive updates unless we checked in with her first, as well as the fact that several of our care instructions were not followed. When we returned home, both of our dogs were visibly distressed, and one of them had pooped on herself while in her kennel, which is completely out of character for her. It was heartbreaking to come home and find them in that condition. I am currently 20 weeks pregnant, and what should have been a relaxing trip became incredibly stressful as we watched these events unfold from hundreds of miles away, feeling helpless and unable to get home to our dogs. More importantly, we believe our dogs' welfare and safety were compromised while they were in this sitter's care. We trusted this sitter with our home and with two members of our family who mean everything to us. Unfortunately, that trust was completely broken. We have reported this experience to Rover and hope this review helps other pet owners make an informed decision before entrusting this sitter with their pets and home.

Bryanna is amazing! Her genuine love for animals and her dedication to providing top-notch care for my furry friend makes her irreplaceable. I can always trust that my dog is in safe hands, receiving not just basic care but also loads of affection. It's a relief to have such a reliable and caring person taking care of my pet when I can't be there. I Highly recommend!

I’m so lucky to have found Bryanna, she has watched my cat (mono) for a couple months now and she has been great. As a cat mom I trust her very much with my cat and home. I’d also like to mention that she’s easy to get in contact with and very responsible. I highly recommend Bryanna! :)
