Availability

Because I am currently doing pet care full-time, my schedule is highly flexible and open. I am available throughout the day for morning, midday, and evening walks or drop-in visits, seven days a week. This open availability means I can easily accommodate your dog’s specific routine, feeding times, and potty schedule without rush. Whether you need a reliable midday walker while you are at the office, or a flexible sitter for last-minute weekend plans, I am here to provide consistent, dedicated care when you need it most.

About Bryan W.

Safety, trust & environment

Safety on Walks & Drop-Ins Safety is my absolute top priority. When walking your dog, I practice active situational awareness—I monitor the environment for triggers like loud traffic, bicycles, or off-leash dogs well before they become an issue. I use a secure, two-handed leash grip and never let your dog off-leash in public spaces. If your dog is sensitive or easily spooked, I am happy to take quieter routes and use positive reinforcement to keep them feeling safe and secure. My Home Environment (For Short-Term Boarding) I live in a clean, smoke-free home with a secure, fully fenced yard where your dog can safely stretch their legs under my direct, 100% supervision. I do not have any resident dogs or cats, meaning your pup will enjoy a peaceful environment without the stress of competing for space. We do share our home with a few securely housed reptiles (a Ball Python, a DeKay's Brown Snake, and two leopard geckos) who live strictly inside their locked enclosures, completely out of reach of guest dogs. Because we manage a saliva allergy in our household, my home is kept exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and structured. We maintain excellent boundaries: guest dogs are kept out of bedrooms and are safely crated during bedtime or if I ever need to step out for a brief moment. Your dog will receive a wonderful balance of structure, safety, and a whole lot of love.

Information Bryan W. would like to know about your pet

To ensure your dog has the safest and most comfortable experience possible, please let me know about the following details before our Meet & Greet: Leash Manners & Triggers: How does your dog behave on a leash? Are they prone to sudden bolting, pulling heavily, or reacting strongly to things like squirrels, bicycles, or other dogs? Anxiety & Behavior: Does your dog experience separation anxiety when you leave? Do they have any sensitive spots on their body, or fears (like thunder or loud trucks) that I should look out for? Social Boundaries: Are they comfortable greeting stranger humans or other dogs on walks, or do they prefer to maintain their personal space? (I practice defensive walking and happily advocate for dogs who need space!) Routine & Health: What is their typical feeding and bathroom schedule? Please let me know about any allergies, food restrictions, or medical conditions beforehand. Crate & Home Habits: If boarding or staying for a drop-in, are they comfortable being crated at night or for short periods when left alone? Note: For the safety and health of my household, I am only able to accept dogs who are fully up-to-date on their Rabies and essential vaccinations.

A typical day

My absolute favorite way to stay active is walking, so your dog will get plenty of outdoor exercise with me! As long as the weather is safe (not too hot or too rainy), I am happy to walk your dog as much as you want me to. When we are at the house, our activities include: Backyard Games: Thanks to our securely fenced-in backyard, your dog and I will enjoy plenty of fun games of fetch or "dog-tag" to burn off extra energy. 1-on-1 Companionship: Since I am doing pet care full-time, your pup will be by my side and receive my full, undivided attention throughout the day. Premium Lounging: After a good walk and playtime, my favorite activity is winding down. Your dog will get lots of petting, belly rubs, and peaceful lounge time right next to me.

Gentle Walks & Reliable Pet Care

Pet care experience

For the past 8 years, I have been providing off-and-on sitting, boarding, and walking care for various relatives' dogs. Through caring for family pets, ranging from energetic Boxers to gentle Cockapoos, I have gained extensive, hands-on experience handling different temperaments, routines, and unique canine behaviors. While household allergies mean I am unable to have a full-time dog of my own, opening up my schedule to part-time pet sitting allows me to bring my passion for dogs into my daily life. This setup works beautifully for my clients, as it means your dog receives 100% of my focused attention and care during their time with me, without competing for space with a resident pet.

Bryan has walked our dog as a puppy and then as she is older now. The shyness and fears of our dog has been a challenge on different sidewalks and terrains. Bryan was the one of the few who could walk her and overcome these quirks. Our dog gets super excited to walk with him and has a very important bond there. Our dog’s confidence has grown and connected more because of Bryan’s ability to consistently hold her trust.
