When your pet stays with me, they’ll be treated like part of the family in a comfortable, safe, and pet-friendly environment. My home features a spacious, fenced yard where your dog can run, play, and explore to their heart’s content. There’s plenty of room for fetch, games, and exercise, ensuring they get the physical activity they need. Inside, I don’t use crates; your pet has free access to the entire home, including the couch and the bed—because I believe pets should feel relaxed and at home, just like they would in their own space. I know that some pets are more comfortable lounging with you or snuggling up at night, so I encourage them to be as close as they want. I keep their routine consistent, feeding them at the same times and following any special instructions you’ve provided. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and full of love, so your pet will feel right at home, whether it’s a short stay or a longer visit. I strive to make sure each pet receives the attention, exercise, and affection they need to feel happy and secure while staying in my care.

A typical day
As a pet sitter, I love making sure every dog has a fun and engaging experience during their stay! Here are some of the activities I do with dogs to keep them happy, active, and mentally stimulated: Playtime in the Yard: I take full advantage of the fenced yard to play games like fetch, tug-of-war, or chase. It's a great way for dogs to get exercise and burn off energy, especially for high-energy breeds. Interactive Toys & Puzzles: I use treat-dispensing toys and puzzle games to engage their minds and keep them entertained. These activities are especially great for dogs who need some mental stimulation. Training Sessions: For puppies or dogs that need a little guidance, I work on basic commands like sit, stay, and recall. It’s not only fun but also helps reinforce positive behavior. Walks and Nature Strolls: I love taking dogs on leisurely walks around the neighborhood or exploring nearby parks. Some dogs enjoy longer hikes or nature trails for a change of scenery and adventure. Snuggle Time & Relaxation: After some fun, I make sure there’s plenty of time for bonding. Cuddling up on the couch or bed with a good movie or nap is always a favorite, especially for dogs who enjoy being close. Doggy Playdates: If your dog enjoys the company of other dogs, I can arrange for safe playdates with other pets in my care or nearby. Socializing can be a fun and enriching experience for them. Bubble Chasing: A fun, low-key activity that never fails to entertain! Dogs love chasing and popping bubbles, and it’s a great way to add a little extra excitement to their day. Sniffing Games & Treasure Hunts: I’ll hide treats around the house or yard and let the dog use their nose to find them.
