I currently live in a small single apartment that is pet friendly. It is on the 2nd floor but there is plenty of grassy areas and parks nearby.
Ratings and reviews
Bryan did a fabulous job taking care of our pets (two dogs and a cat) and they are not the easiest pets to manage as the chihuahua is temperamental and anxiety ridden and the other dog is hyper. Bryan stayed in close communication with us and he is good problem solver. Additionally, Bryan was very trustworthy and responsible while house sitting. We would not hesitate to hire him again!
Bryan was great with our dogs. He arrived on time and sent photos and videos of our dogs having fun with him. 10/10 would recommend Bryan for house sitting.
Bryan was a neighbor of mine growing up. Every now and then our family would take a vacation and we were unable to bring our dog with us. Bryan was able to stop by every now and then to check on our dog and also from time to time spend the night. He always did a wonderful job with our pup and was very easy to work with.

Schedule
I am currently working in Spokane. I work Monday - Friday 8-5pm and occasionally on call weekends. I am free and available anytime outside of these hours.
