I graduated w/ my degree in Sports Management from Towson University in May 2017. Prior to graduation, I completed an internship at Towson Sport Properties as an Account Executive Intern. I helped implement a lot of marketing strategies to help facilitate interest and revenue streams for these companies. However I found that my real passion was pets and not some 9-5 job. My relevant experiences includes 5 years as a Customer Service Representative/daycare attendant at Sniffers Doggie Retreat & Training Center. What I enjoyed most about it was establishing client relationships and managing client accounts- a lot of the clients I saw 3-5 times a week for the entire 6 years that I worked there, which was very rewarding. Along with the client care experience, I also served as an animal care technician there too. I have experience supervising dog daycare play groups with up to 50 dogs to ensure safety and ensure proper social interaction. I also complied with and exercised proper dog handling techniques that helped detect dog temperaments. Outside of Sniffers Doggie Retreat, I was also a self employed dog sitter/walker, and established clientele within the Burtonsville, MD area. As of know I also own my own pet business named B3 Pet Care in Jacksonville. I have lived in Jacksonville the past 8 years and continue to do what I love :)
