Information Bruna C. would like to know about your pet
- I would like to know the breed and age so I can get a better handle on how to prepare before I arrive. I like to go above and beyond and preparation and communication are essential parts of the process. I would like to know about any certain personality traits and quirks such as triggers to aggression or anxiety induced behavior. Furthermore, are there any special concerns when feeding him/her? If there are any medical concerns or behavioral concerns I would also like to know what I need to worry about. Does he/she have any dietary restrictions? I often like to bring treats and don't want to harm the dog! Safety and well-being are my top concerns.
A typical day
- I will be able to take the dogs out to the parks that are nearby and within the allotted distance. If socialization is allowed or encouraged I will ensure facilitation. I will be able to chaperone and supervise at all times, remaining constantly aware and present. - I have absolutely no problem spending as much or as little time outside as need sees fit. - I am able to run with the dogs and may provide vigorous exercise activity. I also take my time with older and less active dogs who need me to slow down and be with them at their gentle pace.

Pet care experience
I'm a caring individual who genuinely loves dogs. I have owned dogs for over 10 years of my life with breeds ranging from golden retrievers, to border collies, to a Maltese mix. I have done clicker-training and was told that I was a natural by the trainer I worked with. I find the work of understanding animal behavior to be incredibly interesting and rewarding. I am an honest and kind person with the desire to write books and attend grad school in order to become a professor. I put a lot of time and care into my work and I think that this type of job is perfect for me! I'm a compassionate, scholarly, book loving - introvert type person. I am also very active: running, hiking, and working out are some of my necessary activities.
Reviews

Bruna was absolutely amazing with my puppy, Kaia. From the start, she really took the time to listen and understand Kaia’s needs, and it showed in how comfortable and happy Kaia was in her care. Kaia can be pretty wary of new people, so I was a little nervous at first, but she warmed up to Bruna so quickly, even though they had only met once before at the meet and greet. That says a lot about Bruna’s calm and patient approach. Throughout the entire experience, it was clear that Bruna genuinely cared and paid close attention to what Kaia needed. I could tell Kaia felt safe and well cared for, which gave me so much peace of mind (I was out of town for 1 week). I would absolutely trust her again, and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and attentive sitter.
I've always been happy with Bruna's warm and compassionate demeanor. She generally tries to be the best at what she does and I am more then happy to leave her with Molly and Jax. - Wes
