Brooklyn is wonderful. I only will hire her now. Not only does she follow my directions exactly for my 2 cats, she also goes the extra mile and gives them time and love while I'm away. She keeps their food bowls and litterbox very clean and tidy, so that I don't come home to a mess or unpleasant pet odor. Brooklyn is great about sending me pictures and she responds quickly when I reach out to her. She's gained my trust because she's very reliable. And as a pet parent, I can see how much she genuinely loves animals. She's not just doing this to make money. It's more than a job to her. And that gives me peace of mind when I'm away. I don't worry because I know she's on top of everything and my cats also feel safe with her and love her. For what she offers, her fee is totally reasonable to me too. I highly recommend Brooklyn.
