Hi! Nice to meet you, I'm Brooklynn
Hello!! My name is Brooklynn and I've been watching animals since I was 14 and absolutely love it. I'm a biology graduate student which allows me a flexible schedule throughout the day. I have lots of experience with both puppies and nervous rescues, and am happy to take care of any other pets too. Looking forward to meeting you and your pets :) In addition to adult dogs, I have experience watching puppies that are currently in training. If you need a sitter who can practice training/potty skills with patience, I have to experience to help keep up those skills while you're away. And a little fun fact about me: I'm actually getting my PhD in evolutionary biology right now studying nonhuman primates. My lab also studies dog aging and social behavior. Overall I really just an am animal lover and have decided to pursue that in my career. I can't wait to come meet your pets!

Safety, trust & environment
When I care for dogs overnight I will stay in my clients house for the duration of their trip. This usually makes anxious animals a lot more comfortable while their owners are away, which is always important to me! If the dogs are used to being walked, I make sure to keep up with their walking schedule and get them plenty of exercise.

I am happy to give a testimonial for Brooklynn Scott. Firstly, she loves animals very much, so of course you would want someone who will love and care for your pet and want only the best for him/her, the same as you. Besides doing the basics, food, water etc, she will interact with them as well, form a bond if possible. Brooklynn, as a person, is very trustworthy, responsible and reliable, you can definitely depend on her to follow thru with her job. I have used her for walking and in house and pet sitting, without any hesitation. And the dogs love her too!

Brooklynn is a wonderful dog sitter. My dogs (Pinky and Eeyore) needed care on short notice when I was called out of town. As my dogs are rescues in need of special care, I was anxious about finding somebody trustworthy and responsible to fill in. Brooklynn came highly recommended, was extremely experienced and responsive, and took wonderful care of my pups. She's also very good at providing updates with lots of photos and/or video. Brooklynn is now my go-to sitter when I'm leaving town, and my dogs go crazy with excitement when they see her. Cannot recommend her highly enough!
Full disclosure...Brooklynn is my daughter. Because of this though, I can attest that she has been raised with dogs her entire life, usually with multiple dogs in the home. She has had the responsibility for and is very familiar with what is required to care for a dog both emotionally and in terms of meeting their needs. She is very comfortable around all breed sizes and shows a very strong affection for every dog she meets. She also cared for dogs in our neighborhood as a young teen. Lastly, she has held jobs since the age of 15, played sports, and maintained an excellent GPA, all of which demonstrate her responsibility and dedication to everything she commits to.

Schedule
I'm currently a graduate student at ASU, and my schedule is very flexible. I occasionally have meetings on campus, but a lot of my work can be done from any place with wifi!
