My Services: Walks & Drop-In Visits: I offer reliable drop-in visits, perfect for a mid-day potty break and exercise. Each visit is structured to include a stimulating walk, dedicated playtime, and affection. I am happy to adhere to any specific feeding or care routines you have in place. My home is truly a pet’s paradise; a safe, structured, and loving environment where dogs are treated like family, not just guests. Boarding: I prioritize making every pet feel secure, comfortable, and genuinely loved for their entire stay. Whether that means extra cuddles, structured playtime, quiet decompression breaks, or sticking closely to their usual routine, I tailor care to each individual dog. House Sitting: I also offer house sitting, where I provide attentive, full-time care in your home. Your pet stays comfortable in their familiar environment while I ensure their routine, safety, and companionship throughout your time away For boarding, I am ideally located next to a park and have easy access to premier local walking destinations including Griffith Woods and Edworthy Park. On-leash or off-leash adventures are always based on your preferences and your dog’s comfort. If your dog has lots of energy but is reactive or you prefer to avoid public dog parks, I’m happy to arrange visits to the Cochrane Humane Society’s private off-leash park. There, your dog won’t encounter anyone else, and they can run freely in a safe, fenced-in environment for at least an hour. It’s a perfect way to let them burn off energy while keeping them comfortable. Just let me know if this is something you’d like to include during your pet’s stay, and I’ll be happy to arrange it! I’m well-versed in grooming and love sending pups home feeling their absolute best. With pet parent approval, your dog may return home freshly bathed, brushed, nails trimmed, teeth brushed, and completely cuddle-ready. My Home Features • Spacious, dog-friendly home • Large, fully fenced yard • Doggie door for safe, convenient outdoor access • Plenty of toys and cozy relaxation areas • Clean, structured, and supervised environment I have my dog Mr. Fox and my cat George, plus my parents’ dogs Tinkerbell and Teddy, who stay in a separate part of the house. Tinkerbell is easygoing, great with kids, dogs, and cats, and prefers cuddles. Teddy is calm and stays with my parents. When I care for your pets, they won’t cross paths with Tinkerbell or Teddy, unless your pet loves other dogs! In that case, we have a big backyard for playtime if it’s wanted. Otherwise, everyone has their own space for a calm, easy experience! I have extensive experience training proper leash manners, desensitizing dogs to grooming tools like Dremels, and working with dogs who may be more challenging or need extra patience. Whether it’s a high-energy puppy or a dog with some behavioral quirks, I tailor my approach to help them feel confident, calm, and well-behaved. Let me know if your dog has any specific skills or behaviours you’d like me to work on. Weather it’s leash manners, calm greetings, or anything else. I’m happy to tailor some training to their needs during their stay! My schedule is carefully managed around work and school commitments to ensure every animal in my care receives proper supervision and full attention. For house sitting or visits, I respect your space, follow your pet’s routine, and keep you updated. Every pet gets personalized care, enrichment, and a calm environment. And in emergencies, I have a clear plan to keep you informed while ensuring your pet’s well-being. Ultimately, I will care for your pet with the same love and respect as I would my own.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience and would not book again. We returned to a very dirty home with uncleaned accidents, stains on carpets/furniture, and our puppy had gotten into plants and other household items. He was also extremely dirty and smelt like fish. Most concerningly, we found a nicotine pouch on the bathroom floor where our puppy could have easily eaten it. Communication throughout the stay was also very limited despite us requesting regular updates. She was apologetic afterward and offered to cover cleaning and grooming, but the promised reimbursement was repeatedly delayed and ultimately not provided. Thankfully our puppy is okay, but given the safety and supervision concerns, we cannot recommend this sitter. On a positive note she did get our puppy some new toys.

Brooklynn was fantastic with my puppy!! Not only did she accommodate a last minute request, she was more than happy to care for my 9 week old puppy and all the quirks that come along with that. She sent updates and so many pictures. I’ll absolutely book again!

Brooklyn watched Flower over the weekend while we were both away and took great care of her. She even took her to a private off leash park on Saturday so she could have a good walk/play which was really appreciated. Would definitely book with her again!
Was able regular care of two cats including insulin shots, blood pressure pills, and kidney ear gel medication.

Schedule
Your pet’s comfort and safety are my top priorities. In the winter, I work a flexible part-time schedule and am home most of the day. In the summer, I work full-time, but with about a week’s notice for longer stays, and sometimes shorter notice depending on the situation, I can adjust accordingly to meet your needs. When boarding at my home, there is an additional trusted, dog-loving, experienced family member to ensure your pet is never left alone. For house sitting, if I need to step out for longer than the time we’ve agreed is comfortable with your dog, we can arrange for your dog to stay at my home or have my trusted family member check in. Let me know your preferences, such as how long your pet is comfortable being left alone, their potty schedule, and any comfort needs that come with that, so I can tailor care accordingly!
