Hello! My name is Brooklyn. I am currently a pre vet college student and I plan to work with and help animals for the rest of my life. I work at VCA Portage Animal Hospital in boarding, and for some pets that is fine, but I fully understand that some pets do much better to stay in the home while their parents must leave for a bit, and I am excited to help provide that comfort to your fur babies. I love dogs, cats, birds and horses of all shapes and sizes, I am very comfortable with medications should your pet have any, and I fully believe in the power of cuddling. And dog time is essential, so that is worked into my schedule no matter what! I am in the process of moving currently so at this time I am not accepting boarding animals in my house, but if you need anything specific, message me and we might be able to figure something out!

Brooklyn stayed with our 3 dogs and 2 cats for 3 weeks. She did a wonderful job. It was great to go on vacation and know they were well taken care of. She stayed in contact and sent pics. Would recommend her to anyone needing this service.
Brooklyn cared for our two Siberian huskies for a week at our house on 5 acres. She also cared for our small flock of chickens, ducks/geese, and our grumpy tom turkey. They can all be a handful sometimes. She kept us updated on everyone, took wonderful care of our furry and feathered family, and made our vacation relaxing as we knew they were all in excellent hands. We came home to happy fluffs and a clean house. We forgot to stop the mail for the week, but Brooklyn brought in the mail each day. She also handled a wild bunny/husky incident (it happens) very well. It's important to share that we've almost always had someone come to the house to stay with the dogs when we are out, but unfortunately, we've recently had a few less than stellar individuals (I'm being polite) - and the pain/anger of knowing our dogs weren't in the best of hands left us feeling nervous about trying someone new. Brooklyn was wonderful! We have confidence restored in knowing we can count on her to take excellent care of our fur butts when we are away!
Brooklyn is an incredible and responsible animal lover. Her passion for animals is more than I've ever seen in a person, and she cares for them like she does her own. She had a love for all pets, big and small, and really enjoys connecting ting with the pet owners just as much as caring for the pets. I would most definitely trust her with my personal pets, and she is one of the first people I would turn to in a situation that I would need a sitter.
