Brooklyn did a great job taking care of Sammy for us while we were gone. She sent updates and pictures. We’ve already rebooked for our next few trips!

Brooklyn was sweet, responsible, and took amazing care of my cat, Milo. She was always quick to respond, and even when I took longer to reply, she stayed patient and handled everything really well. She’s very trustworthy, dependable, and mature beyond her years. I absolutely loved having her watch Milo, and I would definitely book with her again!

We interviewed a lot of dog sitters leading up to choosing Brooklyn , she seemed like a responsible/good fit, but the first morning of our scheduled dates, she did not show up on time nor did she inform us that she was running behind. We had to reach out to check if she had been by and she stated she was “on the way.” However, she did not make it to our pups until that afternoon (12+ hours alone for my pets without breakfast). We had to reach out for pictures and updates anytime we wanted one for the ~9 days she watched them. The rating would be higher if she had better communication during the first day and let us know that she was running behind. It felt as though she lied to us and wanted us to believe she had been by to check sooner than she actually was able. We booked Brooklyn understanding she had a job elsewhere and that she would be checking/staying around that work schedule. We were fine with that but the lack of proper/truthful communication and if time was managed better, we would not be upset.

Schedule

I’m currently working a part-time job while also doing online school, which gives me a flexible schedule throughout the day. Because of that, I’m able to fit in dog-sitting, walks, and check-ins in between my classes and work hours. I’m organized, responsible, and great at managing my time, so your pet will always get the attention and care they need.

Before caring for someone’s pet, it’s important to know their daily routine, feeding schedule, and any special needs they may have. It helps to know how they act around new people, other animals, and on walks. Understanding their favorite activities, toys, and comfort items makes it easier to keep them happy. It’s also good to know if they have any allergies, medications, or behaviors to watch for, like anxiety, chewing, or barking triggers. The more details I have, the better I can make sure their pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for just like they do at home.
