Brooke seems,like a nice person, but was not very up front about expectations when boarding dogs. No dogs on furniture, can't walk them until evening, and did not comment on these things when dogs sat on furniture doring our preliminary visit. She may need more time and experience with different types of dogs before anyone with an anxious snuggly dogs stay there. She canceled our 8 day boarding while we were in our first 24 hrs of dropping them off for an 8 day vacation across the country. Had to stop all of our extended family activities and scramble to try and find someone to rescue my dogs from her because she was too stressed out. All other sitters and boarders have loved them, but she could not seem to muster any problem solving skills with smart and anxious dogs who like to be close to people for comfort. If you have an older lazy dog who doesn't need a walk, and doesn't sit on furniture, she'd be ok.
