I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life in a dog-breeding household, with a dad in veterinary medicine, so caring for animals feels second nature to me. I currently have a 6 year old Golden Retriever who is my world, and I care for every pet as if they were my own. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and needs, including puppies and seniors. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters and have years of experience walking and caring for pets for neighbors, family, and friends. While I’m new to Rover, I have over 10 years of hands on experience and a genuine love for animals. I’m attentive, a good listener, and a clear communicator, and I pride myself on being trustworthy, punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling so you can feel completely at ease while your pet is in my care.

In your home, I follow your dog’s routine to keep them comfortable and secure. In my home, I create a calm, cozy environment where they can relax and feel right at home. I have a fenced yard and live near great walking paths, parks, and hiking trails, and I take the dogs out several times a day for fresh air and exercise. I send lots of photos and video updates and as much as you’d like. I understand how scary it can be to leave your pup, and I do everything I can to give you peace of mind while they’re in my care.

Brooke was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our pup. From the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing our dog was in such caring, attentive hands. Brooke did such an amazing job taking care of our golden, Winnie!! She responded right away with a very last minute request. She sent photos and updates frequently and made us feel like Winnie was well cared for! So so grateful :)

Schedule
I work from home and from my phone, which allows me to be very flexible and present for the pets in my care. I’m very active and love being outdoors. I enjoy taking them to the park, beach outings, and setting up playdates when appropriate. I understand that some dogs need extra exercise, and I’m happy to incorporate longer walks, play sessions, or even light jogging to help them burn energy and stay happy.
