Whether I am caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I take the time to learn their individual needs, personality, feeding schedule, exercise requirements, and any special instructions. In a client’s home, I respect both the pet’s routine and the owner’s home. I provide feeding, fresh water, walks, potty breaks, playtime, exercise, medication administration if needed, and plenty of affection and companionship. I know that many pets are most comfortable in their familiar environment, so I work to keep their routine consistent and stress-free. If caring for pets in my home, I provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment where pets can relax and feel part of the family. I ensure they have plenty of attention, supervised playtime, exercise, comfortable resting areas, and constant access to fresh water. I closely monitor pets for any signs of stress or discomfort and adjust care to meet their needs. No matter where I am caring for your pet, I treat them as if they were my own. I believe communication is important, so I provide regular updates and photos so pet parents can feel confident knowing their furry family member is receiving loving, dependable care every day.

Some important things I ask pet parents include: 🐾 Daily Routine – Feeding schedules, potty breaks, exercise needs, and sleeping habits. 🐾 Personality & Behavior – Whether they’re shy, energetic, anxious, social, or have any fears or triggers. 🐾 Medical Needs – Any medications, allergies, health conditions, dietary restrictions, or special care instructions. 🐾 Likes & Dislikes – Favorite toys, treats, activities, and anything that helps them feel comfortable and happy. 🐾 Training & Commands – Any commands they know, house rules, or behaviors that need reinforcement. 🐾 Socialization – How they interact with other animals, children, and unfamiliar people. 🐾 Emergency Information – Veterinary contact information, emergency contacts, and any special instructions in case of an emergency. The more I know about your pet beforehand, the better I can ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. My goal is to maintain their normal routine, minimize stress, and provide personalized care that meets their unique needs.
A typical day
I love making sure pets stay happy, engaged, and active while they’re in my care. The activities I do depend on each pet’s age, personality, energy level, and preferences. For dogs, this may include walks, playtime, games of fetch, tug-of-war, puzzle toys, basic training reinforcement, and plenty of outdoor time and exercise. For cats, I enjoy interactive play with toys, laser pointers, wand toys, enrichment activities, and lots of one-on-one attention. I also make time for cuddles, belly rubs, brushing, and quiet companionship for pets who enjoy affection and relaxation. For puppies and kittens, I focus on positive interactions, play, and helping reinforce good habits. For senior pets, I provide gentle activities, comfort, and extra patience to ensure they stay happy and comfortable. Most importantly, I tailor activities to each pet’s individual needs and personality. Whether your pet loves adventure, playtime, or simply curling up beside someone who cares, I make sure they receive plenty of attention, love, and enrichment while you’re away.

I’m Brooke! Lover of all pets, young and old, big and small. I can do walks, hikes, swimming, even to a play day at the park, I am sure I will pamper your pooch. For me, it’s their stay, their way! They lead me on their walks, so I allow them to safely do what they want, within reason of course. I might even bring them along for a beach trip and can make some new friends! Pet stores are a given. Starbucks pup cups are a given. Any specific requests for them? Let me know! I allow them on my bed and couch, unless you prefer them not to. I always keep the water bowl full and pets happy and healthy. Allow me to meet y'all and let’s play fetch! I’ll even give them a bath if you want! Just bring their shampoo if they have sensitive skin! 🐶 I’m currently a Paralegal remote, so I have plenty of time to play with your pups and attend to them! ❤️ Some call me the dog whisperer but I credit my dog attraction success by understanding that “it’s the dogs world and I’m just living in it”. Dogs come first in my house. I’m always excited to take my dogs on a hike, walk or puppy play date. I live in a dog friendly house with a fenced in yard. I have sat numerous dogs both young and old and enjoy pup slumber parties. If your pup needs a bath, I am willing to scrub them in the tub. If they need certain medications, I can do so. I am also known to make cute treat dog baskets. They’ll be spoiled by me! 🐾❤️

Brooke did such a great job! This was my first time using Rover and I’m so thankful I found someone who was trustworthy while I was away from home. It’s obvious how much she cares about animals and will treat yours like her own. She even brought in my packages and took photos to share on every trip to my home. She happily checked in on the fishy and took the dogs for walks which is so appreciated!
We had to go out of town unexpectedly I had to find a different sitter than I usually use. Brooke was able to get me in last minute and was wonderful. She sent updates and pictures the whole time I was gone. She took such great care of my dog and gave me peice of mind during a difficult time.
Bailey had the best time with Brooke. She was loved and well cared for. Definitely recommend ?
Brooke has been raised with dogs and has two Golden Retrievers of her own. She has no children and treats her fur babies as her own family. The love and care for her own dogs are proof of how she will care for your animals. She will soon be married to a vet tech so has access to medical needs as well. She is responsible, compassionate and caring and I'm sure you'll be happy with the love and care that she'll provide for your fur babies.🐕❤️
