I am a stay at home mom with a toddler and a puppy. I am home practically all day except for errands I run once in a while and quick trips to the gym. My dog receives lots of love and is very calm and amicable. I also do slow introductions to my home, kid, and puppy so the transition is smooth for the time that you will be boarding your dog.

Information Brooke S. would like to know about your pet
I don't have any breed preference but I would prefer a house trained/crate trained dog. We absolutely need the dog(s) to be good with children. Right now, we can’t have large breeds in or at our house for safety reasons, unless you absolutely know that they are good with kids and won’t jump and knock my son over. Some exceptions may include elderly dogs, PSDs, ESAs or other service dogs. Please reach out for any questions!
A typical day
I go on hikes all around Durango and play with my pup around the house, fetch, tag, chase, etc. We also like to go to the Animas River to play.

I have a fenced yard and I provide a safe and fun environment for dogs by giving them love, attention, and playing with them. Dogs love me and I have been doing in depth research and studying on dog care on and off for 13 years. I have walked just about every type of breed and understand different breeds personalities and dog cues. I thoroughly enjoy walking dogs and taking care of them. We have a wonderful outdoor space for dogs and they will constantly be attended to. Always feel free to reach out with any questions, concerns, or preferences. I would be happy to help you with your dog sitting needs and do a meet and greet with the pups. I am able to ensure safety and entertainment.

Brooke took wonderful care of my little senior guy Midas! She is caring and loves dogs its clear! She has an adorable little puppy who was a good pal for Midas, not overly energetic like most puppies. She paid close attention to his meds and his eating and reported to me when he was fussy and didn’t finish his meal. Her home is clean and pet friendly, and her communication was always prompt. Couldn’t ask for a better sitter! Will definitely use her again when I’m in the area.
Brooke is very communicative and provides quick responses. She updated us with pictures of our pup throughout the day and was understanding when my pup was having stomach issues.
Brooke was great to work with for our first Rover experience. She sent us pictures and the dogs were tired when we picked them up.
